Kanha Tiger Reserve is one of the top Tiger reserves in India. This is also known as Kanha-Kisli National Park and it is the largest national park in the Madhya Pradesh state. Hallan (250 sq km) and Banjar (300 sq km) are the two protected areas of the Kanha Tiger Reserve. 

 

Later in 1955, it was promoted to National Park and in 1973 it was declared a Tiger Reserve. KanhaTiger Reserve is spread over an area of 940 sq km of Mandla and Balaghat. 

 

The amazing meadows and the dense forests are worth visiting for Kanha National Park’s visitors. This park is more attractive due to its dense forest and waterfalls.
