Payments

To purchase tour packages or related services, we collect advance payment to confirm bookings. The balance may be paid on arrival before services commence. We reserve the right to decide payment mode and advance amount based on the service type.

Full payment is required in advance during peak season (Christmas, New Year and festivals) to hold hotel and resort bookings. GTI Travels Private Limited may change, modify or terminate offers at its discretion without prior notice.

If mentioned hotels are unavailable, alternate accommodation of similar category will be arranged.

Mode of Payment

Our website supports overseas advance payment via net banking, Master/Visa debit or credit card. Foreign nationals may pay through currency notes, traveller's cheques, or Master/Visa/American Express cards. Credit card payments may include applicable bank charges added to the total amount.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

If you postpone or cancel your tour, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your written intimation:

• 30 days prior to arrival — 10% of tour cost
• 15 to 29 days prior — 30% of tour cost
• 7 to 14 days prior — 40% of tour cost
• 2 to 6 days prior — 50% of tour cost
• Less than 48 hours or no show — no refund

Jeep safari and canter safari permits are non-refundable.

The park is closed one day each on Holi and Diwali, and on Wednesday evenings. Plan your visit accordingly for the best safari experience.

During peak season weekends and festivals (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), separate cancellation policies may apply for hotel and forest lodge bookings.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

After finalizing tour costs, any government-mandated increases in safari permit fees, museum charges, taxes, fuel costs or guide fees will be charged additionally.

If your safari cannot be booked due to technical errors or non-availability of seats, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.
